STEP 1
Read the charge status
Record the exact vehicle and EVSE lights/messages and whether AC, DC or one location is affected.

STEP 2
Inspect without touching contacts
Open the door and visually check for ordinary snow, dirt or external moisture, damaged pins, discoloration or foreign objects.

Clean only approved exterior areas
Use the owner-manual method to remove loose exterior contamination; allow permitted moisture to dry naturally.

If undamaged and dry, attempt one known-good compatible charger and record the result.
